Customers in India

Customers in India have three options:

1.  Payment through online banking

Use NEFT to transfer funds to either of our bank accounts (details below). This can be done easily by anyone having a bank account with online banking facility.

2.  Cash deposit in bank

You could also directly deposit cash at the nearest branch of either of the below banks providing the relevant details pertaining to each bank.

3.  Demand Draft

Another alternative method of payment is to send us a demand draft favouring "Ideation Ventures", payable at Kochi.

Once you have transferred funds online or deposited cash at a bank branch, contact us via Live Support, Email or the Contact Form with the details of payment (amount, date, time, bank/branch) and the Order Number, which is provided for each purchase.

Payments are credited and purchase orders executed immediately on receipt of funds in our account.

Customers outside India

Customers outside India should opt for any non-INR currency in the currency menu. They can pay through PayPal using either their PayPal account or, even if they have no PayPal account, their Visa/ MasterCard/ Discover/ American Express credit card. Credit card details are to be provided only on the secure PayPal website, to which they will be forwarded along with the invoice information.

We have a verified Business account with PayPal in the name of our parent company Ideation Ventures. Payments made through PayPal are credited instantly.
